Students meet Students / Continental sessions
Students with experience abroad meet students who have plans to go abroad
At the Students Meet Students those with plans to go abroad can meet students with experience abroad. There will be students who have recently spent time abroad. They won't be presenting information, but will respond to questions asked them, and tell about their own experiences abroad. In this informal setting, prospective travellers can acquire a wealth of (practical) information.
Although it is impossible to have students for every country (and city) in the world, there will certainly be students present for each continent (or continental region). The primary purpose of the Students meet Students is to give an impression of the country/continent. What are the differences between it and the Netherlands, how do people interact, how does the educational or work environment differ from that in the Netherlands? Personal and practical questions may be asked during these gatherings.
Six continents will be represented and can be visited all afternoon at the restaurant on the ground floor.
